Having free parking was hugely convenient, since most parking in central Rome is paid. Breakfast offered the usual European spread: ham, omelette, eggs, jams, biscuits, pastries, coffee and juices. Our room was clean and spacious, with retro styling, a wall-length mirror, air conditioning, a fridge and a spotless bathroom. The administrator parked the car for us, and the room was cleaned every day. It struck us as an excellent combination of price and quality.”
